About Of Theatre & Bikinis - by Filmmaker Jeff Kirkendall:
Of Theatre & Bikinis is an independent short comedy which my production partner James Carolus and I produced in Summer, 2003 in Upstate New York using digital video equipment. The movie was shot primarily in Albany, Menands, and Saratoga Springs, NY. The main location used, referred to as "the bike grounds" in the movie, was Congress Street Park in Saratoga. Albany's Washington Park was also
featured in some shots, including one of the girls walking over a scenic bridge.
Of Theatre & Bikinis was my sixth independent production. A trailer was produced
in 2005, and an early version of the movie was screened locally in 2006. The final
version was completed in 2007 and shown at festivals and screenings around the
area. The movie features several actors from my previous productions, in addition to many new faces. Of Theatre & Bikinis is now being released here for the first time commercially on DVD.

A short horror movie written & directed by Jeff Kirkendall
Status: Completed
This movie is a case of something old, something new. The Green-Eyed Monster is
a short horror movie I produced along with actor/filmmaker Timothy Jay Hatch in 1999. For several years the movie has been shown in the Upstate New York area at film festivals and public screenings. I'm now happy to announce I have a 2008 re-mastered version available for purchase on DVD. This will be the first commercial release for
The Green-Eyed Monster.
In The Green-Eyed Monster a young woman named Pamela (Kelly Chaisson Warner) is contacted by a mysterious voice from "beyond the grave" over a dead channel on the radio one Halloween night. Could this otherworldly house call be her salvation. . . or the beginning of her end? The movie runs approximately 25 minutes and was produced in Upstate New York's Capital Region. The Green-Eyed MonsterDVD is available for purchase through online distributor filmbaby.com. See the Merchandise page for details.
