Having watched Edge of Reality, I was pretty stoked and waiting for this bad boy to arrive at my doorstep.
THE TEMPTRESS starts off as one of those old ghost stories we used to read about where people would encounter a woman walking down the middle of the road, enchanting all with her beauty only to flow right through the car as they passed. In THE TEMPTRESS we have the lovely Angelique luring young women to join her in the ranks of the night crawlers, only to in the end, be betrayed by those she deems family. 3 young hot vamps Karen, Rachel, and Tina, whom have swayed away from her, weave and take up residence among suburbanites.
It was neat to watch THE TEMPTRESS and in a way have some of those old stories brought to life. An exceptional job by Kirkendall bringing us yet another top quality goth-like flick. Surrounded by excellent acting and a good solid story, THE TEMPTRESS is a straight-up sweet-ass vampire flick. With oodles and oodles of hot sexy women covered in blood, THE TEMPTRESS is one to see. With a surprise ending that will leave you scratching your head, one can only wonder what's up next.
